About the Role
WANF is looking for an inspired, resourceful producer who works well with a team of talented professionals to create compelling newscasts through thoughtful story selection and placement, impactful writing, and effective showcasing. The successful candidate is a skilled communicator who writes for the ear and produces for the eye. Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude are a must, as well as strong decision-making skills and attention to detail. A demonstrated understanding of the relationship between broadcast and digital/ streaming/ social media platforms is a huge plus.

Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in journalism or related field preferred, equivalent experience considered
Minimum three years experience as a news show producer
Excellent writing, showcasing, time management skills required
Must exhibit understanding of broadcast, digital, social platforms in a local new context
