The artist began singing at 9 years old, but his true claim to fame began in 2013 when he showcased his talent on NBC's season 4 singing competition series The Voice. Usher, then host of The Voice, coached him one on one to help take his talent to the next level. The 28-year-old artist is not only known for his smooth compelling vocals, he also pushes his pen to write some of the greatest music! Vedo made every female want to "Boss up" when he wrote and sang one of his top hits titled “You Got It” from his 2020 album ``For You." He even wrote a song for his former coach Usher, the 2020 song “Don’t Waste My Time” featuring British artist Ella Mai.

1320 is Vedo’s 5th studio album, and it is a play through from start to finish! The 14-track album features songstress Ari Lennox, Eric Bellinger, Lloyd, and rapper Erica Banks. In a recent interview on Power 106 FM, the artist explained the significance of the album being titled 1320. He shares that while he was filming The Voice in 2013, he got the disheartening news that his mother passed away from lung cancer. He explains that while he continued to write and sing music, he felt a void and deep grief suffering from the loss of his mother. He states that the emptiness he felt was restored again after the birth of his daughter Kayden in 2020. “That’s why I wanted to name the album 1320 because in 2020 I found myself again.”
1320 is out now and is available to be streamed on all platforms including Apple music, Spotify, YouTube and more.
