Atlanta, GA: It was a powerhouse event to celebrate new music at Tribeca Restaurant & Bar in Buckhead for Rotimi’s Debut Album Release Party for project: All or Nothing. Guests left ecstatic about the album and ready to add to their playlists after listening! The album dropped August 27th at midnight, but Rotimi gave an exclusive listen surrounded by music executives, lifelong friends, family and of course the fans. In addition to ATL’s who’s who such as singer/songwriter Sammie, “Straight Outta Compton” actor Jason Mitchell, and talented rapper Domani all made an appearance to celebrate the Divergent star album’s debut. Upon arrival you were met at the door with pictures transcending over his life from him as a baby to the multifaceted, artistic and humble man we know today. Once inside guests were greeted with a 360 ring light for guests to have a souvenir to remember the fun and light hearted party by. The menu for the night consisted of complimentary small plates such as: Chicken Tender Sliders, Lamb Lollipops,, Seafood Mac n’ Cheese, Vegan Jumbo, Brussel Sprouts, and native to Rotimi’s African roots Jollof Rice.

The real treat came when Rotimi arrived walking into the party to his now gold single “In My Bed” featuring Rotimi’s fellow African friend Wale and Media Girls Network was there to catch it all! Accompanied by his personal DJ, DJ Reese, Rotimi started the party with a very personal song entitled “Memory Lane”. This song was a timeline track that talked about his childhood and him overcoming various obstacles such as homelessness and his stroke of luck at landing the role on 50 Cent’s “Power” as Dre. The real star of the track was none other than Rotimi's mom, despite his mother’s passing in 1993, Roimi and his team took pre-recorded vocals prior to add a personal touch. Rotimi’s mom spoke words of affirmation about the son she raised and the proud man he’s come to be.
Rotimi’s tracklist is infused with Afrobeats and West Indian sounds with features such as Reggae and Dancehall legend Busy Signal on the song Fiction. Rotimi also had some tracks for the ladies such as “Polaroid” featuring new hip hop sensation Yung Bleu and “Grown Decisions” featuring Multi-Grammy Nominated singer Tank. Rotimi’s album showed all the facets of who he embodies and was a well thought out tracklist. Rotimi’s All or Nothing was produced by major producers like Hitmaka amongst other producers in his record label Empire.
